Don't just be great, do great! Sure, we all get caught up in the same old motions of waking up, making breakfast, grabbing coffee to go, seeing the same people at work, and doing the same job. But to understand the world and people around you on a deeper level, you have to be willing to find the greatest parts of each day, and make them EXTREMELY apparent.

I am 100 % guilty of focusing on negative parts of my life, and at certain times this may feel like all there is, but I think a lot of it has to do with everyones internal need to feel "victim" to life's stressors. On the opposite end, the days where I am happiest are because I chose to understand why things happen the way they do, or what aspects of my life are important to who I am as a person. So to make these wonderful parts of my life completely known, about 99.9 % of the time, I have created a 30 day list of specific ways to practice gratitude (in no specific order).
