Banana Nut Fat Bombs

The perfect mid-day treat to keep blood sugar stable and satiety at it's peak.

I love grabbing one of these nutty and fat filled treats right before I go to work or when I know I have some errands to run and want to avoid HANRY hitting.

Ingredients:
1 - 1 1/2 cups of raw, unsalted nuts (I chose a combo of cashews and pecans but choose what you like)
1 spoonful of coconut oil, melted
2 Big spoonfuls of Wild Friends PB & Cashew Nut Butter
Cinnamon
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp Almond Flour or Oat Flour
1 T Organic Maple Syrup
1/2 banana
1 tsp vanilla

In a food processor, pulse the nuts until pretty fine & dusty. Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, and banana, Pulse again. Sprinkle in cinnamon, some maple syrup, vanilla, & flour. Keep pulsing until ingredients evenly combine. Taste test and adjust as needed!

Salted Pretzel Fat Bombs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw walnuts
3 spoonfuls of coconut oil, melted
1 spoonful unsweetened almond butter, melted
1/2 banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 turn of sea salt
cinnamon
1 -2 tsp organic maple syrup

Optional: stevia, protein powder, flax seeds, oats, hemp seeds
​
In a food processor, pulse the nuts until pretty fine & dusty. Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, and banana, Pulse again. Sprinkle in cinnamon, some maple syrup, vanilla, & flour. Keep pulsing until ingredients evenly combine. Taste test and adjust as needed!
