Almond Butter & Spinach Smoothie
A filling and nutritious breakfast for those of us who are on the go every morning and those who may not be the best at getting their daily requirements of greens!

Ingredients:
1-2 handfuls of spinach (either frozen or unfrozen)
1/2-1 medium-sized banana
2 handfuls ice
2 T hemp seeds
1 spoonful of creamy almond butter, unsweetened
1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Additions: avocado, flax seeds, chia seeds, more spinach,
organic honey, different nut butter, soy milk, espresso shots/coffee.

All the ingredients just get placed in a nutribullet or some high speed
blender you have! That is all my friends.

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
A smoothie filled with tons of fiber, natural sweetness, and a cold refreshing taste!

Ingredients:
1-2 handfuls of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 big spoonful almond butter (or any nut butter)
Dash of cinnamon
1/2 - 1 whole cup unsweetened almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1/2 avocado
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1-2 T pure maple syrup or organic honey
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. flax/chia seeds
Addition: Protein powder, stevia packet, 1/2 banana, etc.
Top this refreshing smoothie with homemade granola, raw nuts, extra nut butter or extra hemp seeds!

High-Fat Power Spinach Smoothie
While reading up about the ketogenic diet (high-fat, low carb) I decided to experiment with a high-fat power smoothie that would create lasting fullness all morning long! Of course, balance is key to every meal and snack throughout your day. For days or meals when you want a lower carb option try this!

Ingredients:
1/2 frozen avocado
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk: 1/2 cup water
1 piece of cacao butter (melted), or 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 handfuls of spinach
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 spoonful of almond butter
1/2 a medium sized banana

Cold Brew Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
The perfect blend of cold brew coffee and cocoa powder. Add some
extra crunch and sweetness with either Purely Elizabeth Granola or homemade granola found under desserts!

Ingredients:
1 cup cold brew coffee
Extra ice cubes
1 frozen banana (an be room temperature, but won't be as icy and smooth of a texture)
1/2 frozen avocado (or not frozen)
1 big spoon full creamy or chunky PB/ Almond Butter
1/2 cup almond milk
Some water to lighten it up
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
All blended into a nutribullet!

Additions: Hemp seeds for extra Omega-3s and Protein, plant based protein powder, coconut shreds, and pumpkin seeds

Citrus Summer Smoothie Bowl
The perfect immune boosting smoothie with a variety of fruits!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Frozen Fruit Medley Mix
(Vit A & C blend with carrots, mangos, and bananas)
1 small banana
1/4 - 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 Avocado
Juice of 1 lemon squeezed
3 T quick oats
1-2 pieces of peeled ginger

Green Plant-Protein Smoothie
The perfect nutrient dense lunch or dinner! It's even better the next day heated up.

Ingredients:
2 big handfuls of organic spinach, frozen or not
1-2 handfuls of ice
1/2 avocado
1 big spoonful of nut butter
Splash of turmeric golden-milk from Rebbl
Almond milk & coconut water
1 scoop of Vega vanilla flavored plant-protein powder
Cinnamon
Blend it up in a high speed blender or nutribullet!
Creamy, cold, and delicious during the hot summer days.
