What helps you to #bloom ?

Anyone who knows me knows I am a sucker for a good quote, awesome song lyric, or short poem. To me, simplicity is best, because then this gives me a chance to read, sing, or shout these phrases until I am able to give meaning to them as they apply to my own life. To me, these phrases are all I really ever need to get through the day, that sleep, & good food.

So here is a verse from one of my favorite poets, r.m drake, free from complexity . . . just words in perfect alignment . . .

Then, she began to breathe,

and live, and every moment

took her to a place where

goodbyes were hard to come by.

She was in love, but

not with someone or

something, she was in love

with her life. And for the

first time, in a long time,

everything was inspiring.

After reading You Are A Badass I was inspired to do more good for myself than harm, and start embracing my inner badass. The book basically goes as follows, figure out WTF it is that you want in life, understand why you have not been able to harness these things yet, figure out a plan of forgetting the old you to let the new you shine, love the SHIT out of your awesome self while you forgive and forget those who bring you down, surround yourself with people who have turned their dreams into reality, and embrace all the universe (aka Source Energy) has to offer, because it is pretty frickin' awesome to be able to have a life on this remarkable planet, and miracles happen everyday my friends!

After finishing this self motivational book, I started to take all these points into consideration, but my first first thought was, how can I really start to find those around me who live and breath their dreams to create a reality they call their own? And this question then brought me back to my position as a Bloom Brand Ambassador:

REFER TO THE AWESOME CREATIVITY BOARD PICTURED

Bloom has given me the opportunity to be my highest self while being surrounded by like minded women who have an inner desire to put their dreams into action. So instead of creating a plan (like my book said), I started to reconnect with the plan and inspirations I already had available to me and that has made all the difference. I did not have to do any searching, I simply just looked around, and for the first time in awhile "everything was inspiring."

So here is what I am certain of in life right now, I am a friend and a sister. I am an optimist and a people pleaser. I am a health nut and I am a Dietetics student. I am a cook and a yogi in training. All of this is just a snap shot of who I am.

Now realize this,

All that you want to be and wish to have is right within your reach, just be who you are, but better everyday, and you will never fail to give back to the Universe that plans to give so much to you !
