So I guess it's no real secret at this point that anything homemade is 1 bagggillliiion X better for your health than any of the processed poop found at the local grocery store. Also, chances are the very simple ingredients used to make this wonderful dressing are in your fridge or on your counter top as we speak !
I got a new job this winter at Yoga M.A.T.T in Hillsborough, NJ (shoutout to the sister for this gig). Anyways, I really enjoyed my winter break here because I got to surround myself with hard working individuals who appreciate a good sweat and refuel as much as I do. Two women who are regular clients at Yoga M.A.T.T gave me the idea for this one, and I promise you it is amazing and so simple (BTW have I mentioned I hate following recipes). So this one was given to me on a beautiful post it note, with no real instructions, and I did with it as I pleased!

So here you are my lovely followers . . .
Ingredients:
Some type of vinegar, as Haley Meier would say "I don't give a hoot" which type of vinegar you buy, just something for ZING !
Organic Honey
Sea Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves garlic, roughly chopped
Steps to consider:
Like I said this amazing recipe was given to me on a post it note . . .
Roughly chop all the garlic your heart desires. . . I do 3 cloves ! Poor in about 1/2 cup of whatever frickin' vinegar your heart desires and about 1-2 heaping T of organic honey! IMPORTANT: let this all pickle ! If I remembered anything from the vocalized instructions given to me it was "Let the garlic really pickle for about 15 minutes!"
Then you can proceed to add . . . salt, pepper, onion powder, more EVOO than you did vinegar, unless your all about acidity, plus 1 lemon juice squeezed!
Yay ! Homemade and none of the added sugar, emulsifiers, and thickening agents like that store-bought shenanigans ! ! JUST SHAKE IT ALL UP and add or drench on top of your morning bed of arugula see picture.
Peace, love, honey vinegar Xo
