French Toast Friday !

I was never really one for french toast when I was younger, it was usually just banana pancakes or waffles with ice cream (yes, 3 scoops of that awesome tricolored / favored ice cream you get from Shop Rite). So here is my creation of a classic "indulgence;" wether it's at diners or Friday mornings at home with the family, french toast should be enjoyed every once in awhile wether it be healthy or covered in powdered sugar and butter . . . yum !

Being that I didn't eat or make French Toast much when I was younger I always thought there was some complex science behind it's deliciousness . . . little did I know! This recipe is simple, delicious, and above all so healthy! I suggest using organic eggs, organic maple syrup, and fresh fruits. I used this indulgent breakfast as fuel for a morning run, and it definitely helped me to reach my 3 mile goal for the day!
